Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 with valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED (bachelor’s preferred).
• 2–5 years in direct sales or sales management, outside/SaaS
• Automotive industry experience valued.
• Willingness to drive a 16–20’ mobile store truck.
• Able to pass a D.O.T. physical and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive mobile store truck from shop to shop, selling tools and providing demos.
• Develop route to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Operate store as model for future franchisees and Snap-on team.
• Manage inventory, collections, and receivables; keep van showroom-ready.
• Collaborate with managers and share best practices.
• Comply with D.O.T. regulations and coordinate with other reps.
