Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of the brand inside a warehouse/club kiosk, delivering energy, knowledge, and customer-focused service in a busy setting.

You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and explain benefits while using digital tools and maintaining high service standards. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities are essential.

Responsibilities
