T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to engage customers in high-traffic store-in-store locations. You will demonstrate, educate, and recommend wireless solutions while building relationships and exceeding sales metrics.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience. Expect comprehensive training, active product knowledge, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. (Required)
• Customer Satisfaction and friendly, responsive service are essential.

Responsabilités

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and effective communication.
• Demonstrates and explains T-Mobile products/services, identifying needs and offering solutions.
• Complete training on in-store experience, staying up to date with promotions and processes.
• Builds relationships with customers and nearby teams to ensure smooth setup, device support and service.
