Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. in Mount Prospect, IL is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to deliver energetic service, educate customers, and demonstrate the value of member benefits in a busy warehouse/club setting.

You will learn store-in-store processes, build relationships, and drive sales while representing T-Mobile’s customer-centric culture. The company offers a base pay with training pay and potential incentives, plus stock grants and 401(k) planning for eligible employees.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED required.
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively and educate customers on product benefits.

Responsibilities

Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. You will use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile's warehouse/club member benefits.
Complete training on the T-Mobile store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources. You will continuously learn and improve your skills to provide the best possible experience for our customers! Will perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, and store operations.
