Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Mobile Device Repair Technician who travels to customer locations in a company van to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other electronics onsite.

You’ll deliver fast, quality service with a focus on a great customer experience, manage your daily route, and keep the mobile workspace stocked with parts and tools while earning uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, hands‑on mechanical work, or retail/customer service.
• Comfortable working independently in the field and managing a daily schedule.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company repair van to customer locations to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics.
• Deliver high-quality, on-site repairs with a focus on customer experience.
• Educate customers on device protection plans, accessories, and support options.
• Manage daily route and inventory inside the mobile workspace.
