Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Field Technician to travel locally in a company van, performing in-home repairs of smartphones, tablets, and other electronics. You will deliver professional service that keeps customers connected.

You’ll diagnose issues, complete quality repairs, and educate customers on device protection options, all while managing your daily schedule and delivering outstanding experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, customer service, or retail.
• Comfort working independently in the field.
• Basic knowledge of mobile devices, hardware, and operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Great communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed.
