uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Mobile Repair Technician to travel locally in a company-provided van, diagnose and repair devices on-site, and deliver top-tier service with no shop walls.

You will work independently in the field, manage daily routes, and educate customers on protection plans and accessories. This role offers flexible hours and performance bonuses in a dynamic, customer-first environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, hands-on mechanical work, or retail/customer service.
• Comfortable working independently in the field and managing a daily schedule.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company repair van to customer locations to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics.
• Deliver high-quality, convenient on-site repairs while ensuring a great customer experience.
• Educate customers on device protection plans, accessories, and support options.
• Manage your daily route efficiently and maintain inventory inside your mobile workspace.
