Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Mobile Device Repair Technician to travel locally in a fully equipped company van, diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics at customer sites.

You will deliver high-quality on-site repairs and ensure a superior customer experience while educating customers on protection plans and accessories. You will manage routes and inventory with a focus on efficiency and service.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, hands-on mechanical work, or retail/customer service.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable working independently in the field and managing a daily schedule.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
