Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking a Release Technical Lead for our San Leandro, CA team. The role focuses on front-line release and production support, driving deployments and operational readiness across native mobile apps and web components.

You will lead with Agile practices, coordinate with Infra, Dev and QA teams, and ensure timely resolutions while maintaining high quality and customer empathy. Remote work is not indicated.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Agile Scrum with sprints of 2-weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line technical support to end users for issues related to Release/Deployment, Operational Readiness, Application Monitoring and Production Governance.
• Resolve production down situations under tight SLA deadlines.
• Root cause and problem resolution follow-up.
• Debug and fix production issues across UI Kit, Swift UI, Kotlin, Native React, Xamarin, JavaScript, and queries.
• Stand-by hours support on a rotational basis for a production system.
• Collaborate with Technology Infrastructure, Development & Testing teams to support releases, upgrades and server changes.
• Communicate status and health of the application to management; contribute to automation and cross-functional solutions.
• Interact with clients with empathy to challenges.
