Job summary

West Coast Wound & Skin Care seeks a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant for home-based care in the Las Vegas region. You will work under a licensed PT to implement plans of care, support mobility, and educate patients and caregivers.

The role is a 1099 independent contractor with guaranteed base pay and per-visit compensation, traveling to patients’ homes and documenting outcomes. Strong communication and autonomy are essential.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, biomechanics.
• Ability to work independently in home-based care.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patients' homes to provide PT under supervision.
• Review plan of care and goals prior to treatment.
• Deliver skilled PT interventions per plan of care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety.
• Document daily treatment notes and progress.

Skills

PTA license in good standing

Independently manage mobile caseload
