Job summary

Suru Network is seeking licensed physical or occupational therapists to deliver in-home therapy through our expanding network. You’ll manage mobile caseloads with high-frequency visits, participate in telehealth evaluations, and determine eligibility for follow-up care.

As a 1099 contractor in California, you’ll enjoy flexible scheduling, onboarding via Suru app, and weekly direct deposits. This role emphasizes ongoing patient relationships and broader access to care in the home setting.

Qualifications

• California PT/OT license required.
• Experience coordinating home-visit therapy helpful.
• Ability to manage scheduling and referrals within Suru platform.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PT/OT in patients' homes through Suru network.
• Coordinate telehealth evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Ensure timely treatment initiation and continuity of care.
• Assist with intake and eligibility discussions when onboarding new patients.
