Job summary

Suru In-Home Physical Therapy connects clinicians with patients in their homes through a Suru mobile and web app. Clinicians build a larger mobile caseload, receive frequent visits, and align with higher-frequency treatment plans.

As a 1099 independent contractor, you can select cases, manage scheduling, and receive weekly direct deposit. Suru operates as the only outpatient-at-home provider collaborating with PTAs/OTAs and handles intake, eligibility, and telehealth evaluations.

Qualifications

• Active California PT or OT license required.
• Experience with home health or mobile therapy is a plus.
• Ability to manage flexible scheduling and caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient PT/OT in patients' homes via Suru platform.
• Accept only suitable cases and coordinate visits.
• Maintain patient progress through telehealth and follow-up visits.
