Job summary

Suru In-Home Physical Therapy is seeking licensed PTs or OTs in California to join the Suru Network and build a more consistent mobile caseload. Clinicians can earn thousands in extra income by delivering higher-frequency visits in patients' homes.

You will submit referrals through the Suru mobile or web app; Suru confirms interest, checks insurance, and arranges a Telehealth evaluation. If ready, you continue follow-up care in the patient's home as a 1099 contractor.

Qualifications

• Active CA PT or OT license required.
• Mobile/field-based experience preferred.
• Comfort with telehealth and home visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home therapy sessions to patients referred through Suru.
• Coordinate scheduling and follow-up visits.
• Document progress and communicate with patients and families.
