Collective Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver one-on-one outpatient mobile therapy in South Charlotte, NC. You will visit patients in their homes, provide personalized PT, and operate within a therapist-led, autonomous practice with support and mentorship.

The role offers both full-time and part-time options, a flexible schedule, and opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative team environment.

Formación

• Active North Carolina PT license required.
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments.
• Develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide strength, balance, mobility, gait, and functional interventions.
• Address fall prevention and home safety.
