Job summary

PhysioLogix Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated Licensed PTA to join a mobile outpatient practice delivering orthopedic and geriatric rehabilitation in patients' homes. You will work under the lead PT, providing one-on-one, high-quality care with a focus on functional recovery.

The role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to impact patients’ lives directly through home-based therapy, with Medicare patients and ambulatory clients.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA with orthopedic and geriatrics experience is required.
• Medicare experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently following a plan of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehab in patients' homes according to the plan of care.
• Work independently under the supervision of the lead PT.
• Motivate and guide patients to achieve their maximum potential.
• Document sessions and communicate progress to the supervising PT.
