Complete Home Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide mobile outpatient care in the Naples area. You will perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver one-on-one therapy sessions at patients\' homes with a focus on mobility, independence, and quality of life.

You should be a graduate of an accredited PT program with a Florida license and outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. The role supports a flexible schedule and the opportunity to grow within the practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Florida Physical Therapist license.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently in the patient\'s home environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy in patients\' homes throughout the Naples area.
• Manage the patient experience from evaluation through the active plan of care.
• Utilize interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, and balance training.
• Build meaningful relationships and provide an exceptional care experience for patients.
