Job summary

Personal-Home-Care-of-North-Carolin is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in their homes across Mecklenburg and surrounding areas. This role focuses on improving mobility, reducing pain, and educating patients for ongoing home exercise programs.

You will partner with patients on a journey to restore motion and maximize quality of life, offering evidence-based care and individualized treatment plans in a mobile, home-care setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in physical therapy.
• State licensure as a physical therapist.
• Experience with patients with physical impairments.

Responsibilities
