Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking a property-focused professional at our Brandon, MS community. You will deliver outstanding resident service and manage day-to-day property needs, while preparing for supervisory responsibilities in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities include handling service requests, maintaining common areas, and participating in preventative maintenance such as pool care, lighting, and inspections. A positive, professional attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service at residential properties.
• Interest or experience in supervising a small team.
• Basic knowledge of property maintenance and upkeep.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property and serve residents with great customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Demonstrate desire to take on supervisory responsibilities.
• Participate in preventative maintenance including pool, exterior lighting, filter changes, and apartment inspections.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude and demeanor.

Responsibilities and Job Requirements:

• “Own” your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role
• Experience withskills such as:
• Pool maintenance, grounds, appliances,
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• EPA or CPO certification a plus!
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
