Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Product Manager, Mobile to shape the strategy and delivery of the Topgolf app. You will own the roadmap, decide what to build and in what order, and define success metrics to maximize guest value and business impact.

You will partner with mobile domain teams and collaborate across marketing, BI, sales, engineering, and operations. This hybrid Dallas role requires strong communication and ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating across remote/hybrid teams.
• Strong attention to detail with big-picture context.
• Self-starter with ownership and initiative.
• Clear written and verbal communication, able to distill topics.
• AI-forward mentality using AI tools to accelerate work.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the mobile app roadmap so every shipped feature earns its place by solving a real guest need or business objective.
• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal teams and stakeholders, including tradeoffs and decisions along the way.
• Lead design and engineering toward shipped outcomes without formal authority over those teams.
• Translate business goals, user feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis into prioritized initiatives with clear success metrics.
• Convert the need to understand a feature's performance into concrete analytics measurements and goals.
• Hold technical conversations directly with engineers, translating between business needs and implementation tradeoffs.
• Represent the mobile app's role within the broader guest experience when partnering with other product domain PMs, design, marketing, BI, sales, and operations.
• Partner with a project manager on cross-functional initiatives with significant mobile impact.
• Manage the roadmap end-to-end: discovery, scoping, delivery, post-launch measurement.
