Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Product Analyst to support our POS product team in Dallas. You will translate business and venue needs into clear requirements, support day-to-day POS issues, and drive continuous improvement of the POS platform across venues.

Collaborate with the POS Product Owner to gather requirements, analyze support tickets, write user stories and acceptance criteria, assist testing, and coordinate UAT with venue stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2-7 years of experience in POS development, configuration, or support in restaurant/retail/hospitality environments.
• Strong troubleshooting to distinguish issues across POS, integrations, or downstream systems.
• Ability to translate technical needs into clear requirements and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the POS Product Owner to gather, document, and prioritize POS enhancements, integrations, and fixes.
• Analyze POS support tickets and incident trends to identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business and venue needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs.
• Support testing and validation of new POS features, including UAT coordination with venue stakeholders.
• Escalate complex POS issues and drive resolution with engineering, support, and vendors.
• Monitor POS system performance and data quality, flagging anomalies affecting transactions, inventory, or reporting.
• Maintain product documentation, release notes, and training materials for internal teams and field stakeholders.
• Assist venue rollouts and POS configuration changes, ensuring changes are tested and communicated before go-live.
• Help prioritize and maintain the POS product backlog alongside the Product Owner.
