Job summary

GNC is seeking a Lead Product Manager for the Mobile App to own and elevate our native iOS and Android experiences. You will lead the lifecycle from ideation through launch, work with GNC Tech, marketing, and commercial teams, and drive mobile-first improvements that boost engagement and revenue.

You will implement mobile capabilities, set roadmaps, and own key metrics like downloads, retention, and conversion. Hybrid Pittsburgh, PA, with in-person collaboration three days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology, business, marketing, ecommerce, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in mobile app, digital, or product management.
• Experience owning end-to-end native mobile app roadmaps and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end mobile app roadmap for iOS and Android.
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch optimization.
• Lead cross-functional teams including commercial, UX, and engineering.
• Define mobile strategy with parity vs. website and mobile-only features.
• Deliver data-driven decisions using mobile analytics and user feedback.
