Job summary

Karmak is seeking a Product Manager - Mobile to guide the day-to-day direction and delivery of our mobile applications for heavy-duty truck dealerships. You’ll translate customer needs into clear requirements, partner with engineering to ship features, and drive mobile product momentum from concept to customer impact.

You’ll work with engineering, QA, and support to gather feedback and ensure timely, high-quality releases, while contributing to the mobile roadmap and enabling training teams on

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a closely related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong requirements-gathering skills, with the ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that give engineering everything they need to build the right thing.
• Own and groom the product backlog for mobile applications, keeping work prioritized and ready for each sprint.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, Support, and design to deliver mobile features on time and at quality.
