Job summary

Canary Technologies is seeking a Mobile Product Lead to own and scale its native mobile portfolio—the guest app, staff app, and developer SDKs. You will define what gets built, drive from concept to launch, and own outcomes for millions of hotel guests and staff.

You’ll create new mobile products from 0→1, evolve existing ones, and stay close to customers to validate ideas before data catches up. Join a fast-moving team shaping hospitality tech.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, with at least 3 years owning native mobile products end-to-end.
• Experience shipping mobile experiences with measurable business impact.
• Experience building developer-facing products (SDKs or APIs).

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for Canary's mobile portfolio—guest app, staff app, and SDK.
• Build new native mobile products from 0→1 that solve real customer problems and unlock revenue.
• Stay connected to hotel clients and leadership to inform the roadmap with user insights.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to deliver high-quality iOS/Android experiences.
