Job summary

On Me is building a mobile gifting platform and seeks a mobile software engineer to own the native apps end-to-end. You will craft polished, performant experiences and integrate with backend APIs as part of a small elite team.

You will ship native features with Swift and Kotlin, drive performance, and own the mobile codebase from design to launch, with hybrid office options in SF and NYC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping native mobile apps.
• Proficiency in Swift (iOS) and/or Kotlin (Android).
• Strong product and UX mindset with end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and ship native iOS and/or Android features using Swift and Kotlin.
• Build high-quality, fluid mobile UIs with polish and performance.
• Architect and evolve mobile codebases for maintainability and performance.
• Integrate with backend APIs and collaborate on API design for mobile use cases.
• Collaborate with product and design to translate goals into shipped features.
• Drive mobile architecture decisions to scale to hundreds of thousands of users.
