Linktree is seeking a Staff Product Designer for its native mobile app. You will lead end-to-end design, reimagine mobile experiences, and drive parity with the web through mobile-first thinking.

Ideal candidates have 6-8+ years in mobile design, strong portfolios, and experience modernizing legacy apps. You’ll collaborate with engineers, PMs, researchers, and executives while mentoring junior designers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for native mobile apps from concept to launch.
• Reimagine mobile experience to align parity with web.
• Create intuitive user flows and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Leverage iOS/Android capabilities to deliver platform-specific solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
• Develop and evolve mobile design systems for consistency.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and researchers to ship quality experiences.
• Present work clearly to executives and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior designers to raise craft and systems thinking.
• Stay updated on mobile design trends and promote mobile-first culture.
