Canary Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager who operates at the intersection of strategic thinking and polished execution. You’ll own product areas and go-to-market initiatives, collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Support to drive growth.

You’ll craft messaging, price and package products based on data and first principles, and deliver webinars and presentations that resonate with buyers and drive conversions across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS and/or AI environment.
• Pricing and packaging for multi-product SaaS.
• Portfolio of external storytelling (webinars, presentations, launch narratives).
• Strong analytical ability with pricing models, win/loss data, and market research.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive high-leverage initiatives.
• Proven track record in product positioning for technical products.
• Experience in hospitality tech, travel, or vertical SaaS is a differentiator.

Responsibilities

• Define the go-to-market strategy for new products and coordinate cross-functionally to execute launches.
• Lead pricing strategy and packaging architecture in partnership with marketing, product, and sales.
• Develop positioning frameworks that differentiate Canary's products and ensure consistent messaging.
• Own external storytelling, including executive narratives and launch messaging.
• Analyze sales and product data to generate insights and improve sales performance.
• Collaborate across product, sales, finance, and customer success to align on strategy and action plans.
• Generate customer insights from conversations to improve conversions and inform content creation.
