Job summary

Charter Communications’ Spectrum internship offers a paid, full-time 11-week program from May 26 through August 6, 2027. You’ll work with the Mobile Product team and an intern cohort on department projects (about 80%) plus kickoff conferences, professional development, networking, and final presentations.

As a rising senior pursuing a degree in Business Technology Management, Communications, Data Science, Computer Information or Marketing, you’ll draft requirements and user stories in Jira,

Qualifications

• Rising senior with expected graduation between May 2028 and December 2028.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• GPA 3.0 or higher in current program.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Draft and refine requirements for mobile customer experience initiatives.
• Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Collaborate with design (Figma) and engineering to track features from requirements to release.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, documentation and requirement writing.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and prepare materials for roadmap updates.
• Present a summary of key contributions at internship end.
