InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule, get paid quickly, and can choose which clients to work with.

InstaSwim covers you with liability insurance and offers fast payments within 24 hours after each lesson. Candidates must have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, be 18+, hold CPR/First Aid or be willing to obtain them, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US residency and work authorization required.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student and client needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
