InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach one-on-one or small group lessons in clients’ private homes and community pools across the United States. You set your schedule, travel locally, and receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson, with flexible client matching based on your area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create customized lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
