Job summary

InstaSwim hires professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with, with payments made within 24 hours after each lesson.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and eligible to work in the US.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student’s and clients' needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
