InstaSwim is hiring professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set the schedule and travel locally, choosing which clients to work with, and you get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Responsibilities include conducting private and small group lessons, creating tailored lesson plans, ensuring safety, and delivering a fun, tracked learning experience for all ages.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to travel to client locations.
• Reliable transportation and a professional attitude when working with all ages.
• US-based with valid work authorization and ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.

Responsibilities
