Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set your schedule while we supply the clients, and you can get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

This role offers flexibility and independence while earning competitive pay. Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, CPR/First Aid, reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to client pool locations.
• Create customized lesson plans for each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons as needed.
• Ensure safety of students at all times.
