InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You pick the schedule, we supply clients, and you can be paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include at least 2 years of instruction experience, CPR/First Aid, US work authorization, reliable transportation, and a positive, safety‑minded approach with the ability to tailor lessons to individual learners.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Confident creating personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
