InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools. You set your schedule, travel locally, and can get paid within 24 hours after each lesson thanks to convenient payment methods.

Must have 2+ years of swim instruction, be 18+, hold CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain), have reliable transportation, and US work authorization. Training includes safety-first instruction and personalized lesson planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if needed.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel locally to client pools.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess progress and adjust lessons to meet student and client needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
