Job summary

Mission Mobile Medical is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver comprehensive primary care via mobile clinics in Missouri. You’ll evaluate patients across the lifespan, manage chronic diseases, and coordinate care with a network of partners.

The role emphasizes patient relationships in rural communities and a collaborative, service-driven culture. Expect Monday–Friday daytime hours in Poplar Bluff with no on-call obligations, and a strong focus on community impact

Qualifications

• FNP: graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program with current family NP board certification and Missouri APRN licensure.
• PA: graduate of an accredited physician assistant program with current NCCPA certification and Missouri PA licensure.
• Experience: primary care across the lifespan; rural or community care experience is a plus.
• Clinical judgment: manage a broad range of primary care needs within scope and collaboration requirements.
• Technology: comfortable using EHR and telehealth tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in a mobile clinic setting.
• Perform assessments, order and interpret tests, and develop care plans.
• Manage chronic diseases and preventive care with patient education and follow-up.
• Coordinate care with colleagues and referral partners to ensure continuity.
• Support mobile clinic operations and community outreach activities.
