Mission Mobile Medical is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for mobile primary care in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. This full-time, 100% onsite role offers a base salary of $150,000–$160,000 and a Monday–Friday schedule with no on-call requirements.

You will provide comprehensive care across the lifespan, perform assessments, manage chronic diseases, and coordinate with partners to ensure continuity of care in rural communities. Competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• For FNP applicants: graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program, current FNP board certification, and Missouri APRN licensure.
• For PA applicants: graduate of an accredited PA program, NCCPA certification, and Missouri PA licensure.
• Primary care experience across lifespan preferred; rural/community experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan in a mobile clinic setting.
• Obtain histories, perform exams, order/interpret tests, and develop care plans.
• Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension; provide preventive services.
• Document in EHR, coordinate with partners, and support mobile clinic operations.
• Engage in community outreach and contribute to program development.
