Job summary

Mission Mobile Medical Group is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for mobile primary care in Missouri. The role is full-time, onsite in Poplar Bluff, with a base salary of $150,000–$160,000 and a Monday–Friday daytime schedule, no on-call.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program or physician assistant program.
• Current family nurse practitioner board certification or NCCPA certification.
• Missouri APRN or PA licensure (current or obtainable).
• Primary care experience across lifespan preferred.
• Proficient use of electronic health records and telehealth tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan.
• Obtain histories, conduct physical exams, and order/interpret tests.
• Develop and monitor care plans for chronic diseases.
• Perform preventive care and patient education.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EHR.
• Coordinate care with clinicians and referral partners.
• Support mobile clinic operations and community outreach.
