CBRE is seeking a Mobile Plumber to perform preventive maintenance, repair, testing, installation and troubleshooting of plumbing, mechanical and distribution systems across facilities. The role involves reading blueprints, testing water and medical gas distribution, and ensuring code compliance.

You will inspect backflow devices, provide training on basic plumbing maintenance to staff, and respond to emergencies while following HSE requirements.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED; 4–5 years related experience.
• Journeyman plumbing certification; Medical Gas & Backflow certificates preferred.
• Valid driver's license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; safety conscious.

Responsabilidades

• Repair, install, replace, test and troubleshoot water and medical gas systems.
• Install piping and fixtures per blueprints and applicable codes.
• Maintain waste and vent lines using standard plumbers' tools.
• Assist staff or contractors on projects and equipment installs.
• Complete plumbing safety inspections on backflow devices.
• Provide training for light plumbing maintenance to staff.
• Perform general maintenance and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Follow HSE policies and participate in incident reporting and investigations.
