Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Round Rock, TX seeks a Mobile Plumber to maintain, repair, test, and install plumbing and distribution systems across facilities.

You will interpret blueprints, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot water supply and medical gas systems. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 4–5 years’ experience, Journeyman plumbing certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of related experience.
• Journeyman plumbing certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Repair, install, replace, test, and troubleshoot the water and medical gas supply and distribution system.
• Install new water systems, piping, and fixtures by blueprints, drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Ensure waste and vent lines are in good operating condition using a plumber's snake, vacuum plunger, or jet washer.
• Assist other staff or contractors on projects or equipment installations.
• Complete plumbing safety inspections on backflow devices.
• Provide training to other staff members for light plumbing maintenance and repair.
• Respond to emergency situations and summon extra help as needed.
• Follow all activity policies and procedures, including HSE requirements.
• Complete all HSE programs and activities as required.
