Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Plumber to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, testing, installation, and troubleshooting of plumbing and distribution systems across a facility.

The role requires Journeyman plumbing certification and experience; familiarity with medical gas systems, backflow devices, and blueprint reading is preferred. You will read specs, train staff, and respond to emergencies while ensuring compliance with safety policies.

Qualifications

• Journeyman plumbing certification required.
• Medical Gas and Backflow certifications preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED; 4–5 years related experience considered.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Repair, install, replace, test, and troubleshoot water and medical gas distribution systems.
• Install new water systems, piping and fixtures per blueprints and codes.
• Ensure waste/vent lines function properly; use plumbing tools as needed.
• Assist staff or contractors on projects and installations.
• Complete plumbing safety inspections on backflow devices.
• Provide training to staff for light plumbing maintenance.
• Perform general maintenance and building system duties as directed.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with others as needed.
• Follow all policies including HSE requirements and complete required programs.
• Report any conditions that could cause accidents or injuries.
