Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Plumber to perform preventive maintenance, repair, testing, and installation of plumbing systems across facilities. This role sits within the Engineering and Technical Services function, supporting equipment and building systems.

The position requires Journeyman plumbing certification, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a valid US driver’s license. Duties include backflow device inspections, piping installations per plans, and training staff on light plumbing tasks

Qualifications

Journeyman plumbing certification is required.
Medical Gas certification and Backflow certification preferred.
A valid Driver's License is required.
Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Repair, install, replace, test, and troubleshoot water and medical gas distribution systems.
Install water systems, piping, and fixtures per blueprints and codes.
Ensure waste and vent lines are operational; use plumbing tools as needed.
Provide training to staff on light plumbing maintenance.
Respond to emergencies and assist on projects or installations.
Perform general maintenance and building systems duties as assigned.
