Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a software engineer.
• Minimum 2 years leading a team of developers delivering to clients.
• Minimum 3 years hands‑on experience in native iOS (Swift) or Android (Java/Kotlin), React Native, Flutter, or Kotlin Multiplatform.
• Minimum 2 years of experience using AI tools within the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop mobile applications and lead a team of engineers.
• Mobile app development, architecture and infrastructure design, deployment on multiple platforms.
• Refine and enhance mobile architectures and frameworks.
• Coordinate with clients and offshore teams, translating requirements into technical architecture.
