Tech Lead for iOS & Android

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead for iOS & Android who will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of our mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in both native (Swift, Kotlin) and cross‑platform frameworks (Flutter/React Native), along with strong leadership and architectural skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end development of iOS and Android applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to mobile development teams.
• Design scalable, maintainable, and secure mobile architecture.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define requirements and deliver high‑quality mobile experiences.
• Review code and ensure adherence to best practices, performance, and security standards.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for mobile app builds and releases.
• Manage app releases to App Store and Google Play Store.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across devices.
• Stay current with emerging mobile technologies and trends.

Technical Skills Required

• iOS: Swift, SwiftUI, Objective‑C
