Qualifications

• Must have a valid license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license eligibility.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable, independent transportation.

Responsibilities

• Attend and contribute to patient care and staff meetings under supervision.
• Responsible for timely clinical and billing documentation.
• Works with rehabilitation team to implement programs for patients.
• Assist Physical Therapist during tests and evaluations.
• Instruct patients and families in therapy techniques.
• Maintain appropriate documentation for all patients treated.
