Job summary

ANAC STAFFING - 9100 is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, and physical function. The PTA will provide treatment under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

The role is based in Laconia, New Hampshire, with a permanent employment type. Pay rate is $30 per hour, and the shift runs from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Applicants must be licensed PTA and have rehabilitation experience to join the rehab team.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license is required.
• Graduation from an accredited PTA program is required.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills are required.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and work under a Physical Therapist’s supervision is required.
• Rehabilitation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and balance activities.
• Monitor patient responses and report changes to the supervising therapist.
• Document treatments and patient progress accurately.
• Educate patients on prescribed exercises and safe movement techniques.
• Maintain a safe and supportive treatment environment.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to support patient goals.
