Powerback Rehabilitation, LLC in Toms River, NJ is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time, on-site role. The position focuses on mobile outpatient therapy for Part B patients, with a $5,000 bonus and a flexible schedule.

The clinician will provide comprehensive rehabilitation services across home, clinic, and facility settings, supervising staff, and coordinating with the care team to restore function and improve quality of life.

Formación

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in practice states.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent with required credentials.
• U.S. license evaluation acceptable for foreign-educated PTs.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise PT Assistants and students per licensure rules.
• Adhere to treatment schedules, document timely billing and notes.
• Collaborate with rehab team to select appropriate therapy regimens.
• Develop and adjust care plans with patient and caregivers.
• Ensure safe environment and proper equipment maintenance.
• Perform routine reexaminations and progress documentation.

Educación

Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy

Valid Physical Therapy license

Driver's license or reliable transportation
