Job summary

Luna Physical Therapy is hiring for in-home physical therapists to deliver one-on-one outpatient care directly at patients’ homes across Colorado. You’ll set your own schedule, drive within a ~30-minute radius, and manage a full plan of care with minimal documentation in the Luna app.

Eligible candidates hold a state license, CPR/BLS, liability insurance, and reliable transportation. You’ll join a flexible team offering per-visit pay, opportunities to increase earnings, and a safety-forward

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific physical therapy license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Reliability and own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care.
• Set availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients within a max 30-minute drive.
• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork).
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.
