Job summary

Savealifenow is seeking a phlebotomist to perform whole blood collection in donor centers and mobile sites, conduct donor interviews, draws, and donor care while promoting a positive image and meeting regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include site setup, phlebotomy, post-draw processing, quality control, and travel between sites. A valid MO Class E or KS Class C license with a clean driving record is required, along with a high school diploma or GED and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service setting.
• Healthcare environment and/or phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform whole blood collection in donor centers and mobile sites.
• Conduct donor interviews and evaluate donor suitability.
• Obtain donor hemoglobin and vital signs; document results.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and product quality.
• Set up/clean up mobile sites and assist phlebotomy area.
• Travel between sites to meet operational needs.
