Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
High School diploma or equivalent may be required depending on state regulations.
Completion of a phlebotomy program or phlebotomy experience.
Phlebotomy certification as defined by state regulations.
May require DHS Fingerprinting Certification or ability to obtain fingerprint certification.
Valid driver's license in employment state and coverage under company auto insurance policy.

Responsibilities

Collect and receipt of biological specimens into the department.
Enter specimens into the company computer system accurately.
Prepare samples for analytical testing and distribute to the proper analytical area.
Perform specified analytical testing as assigned.
Follow Code of Conduct and applicable policy requirements.
