Job summary

Sonora Quest Laboratories seeks a Phlebotomist to provide specimen collection across Hospital Facilities, PSCs, In Office Phlebotomy locations or mobile services in Arizona. You will ensure correct patient identification, enter data into the system, and prepare samples for testing.

You will support pre- and post-analytical activities, maintain quality standards, and follow HIPAA requirements. Travel to multiple sites may be required; shifts include day coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a phlebotomy program or phlebotomy experience is required.
• Phlebotomy certification is required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens and ensure correct patient identification.
• Enter demographics and test requests into the system accurately.
• Prepare samples for analytical testing and transport as needed.
• Assist with pre- and post-analytical duties and quality assurance.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and professional conduct at all times.
• Collaborate across multiple locations and departments as assigned.
